Before appearance protection bundles became common in the F&I industry, AutoXcel was already bringing multiple services together through programs such as StayNu. Since 2004, AutoXcel has focused on protecting the appearance of customers’ vehicles while providing valuable support to its dealership partners. AutoXcel later expanded into tire and wheel coverage, developing extensive experience in tire replacement, wheel repair, and claims handling.

In 2017, AutoXcel advanced its service model by placing dedicated wheel repair vehicles at dealerships it serves. Having repair resources available directly at the dealership allows wheel damage to be addressed quickly and reduces the need to send vehicles to outside repair facilities.
